I'm so excited to be teaching my prenatal yoga training Shakti Inspired at Yoga Fusion. This training that is registered with Yoga Alliance will be taught over 4 weekends and will include:

- Pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques for pregnancy
- information on each trimester

- information you can use with your students such as baby massage and essential oils

All weekends are needed to complete the hours to register with Yoga Alliance. However, you can sign up for individual weekends for CEU's.

Early Bird Registration: $1400 before February 15
