“Since I received my yoga certification I have taught in NYC, Washington DC, Maryland, New Jersey, Florida, Vermont, Costa Rica, Mexico, Italy and very soon Cuba.  There are students I see several times a week and those who join me once a year to retreat.  Sometimes it is even longer before our paths cross.

I don’t believe in coincidence. Each student, client, teacher trainee and retreat attendee has inspired me, taught me and grounded me in the love I have for being a student and teacher of the yoga practice. I am truly grateful for this community and all of the support I have received over the years.

I have met so many wonderful souls. Now we can stay a little more connected. This has been a project I have wanted to complete and share with you for some time, and I am so happy to now be able to add this offering to my website.
